Get Your App Running
Choose your platform and follow the steps.

Open your invite link
Tap the install link we sent you by text or email. Your device browser will open.
Step 2 of 4
Get TestFlight (if needed)
The App Store link will take you to TestFlight. If you don't have it yet, download it now. It's free.

Confirm you want to test
TestFlight will ask if you want to be a beta tester. Tap "Start Testing" to confirm.

The Anger App is ready
Once installed, you'll see the The Anger App icon on your home screen. Tap it to open.
🎁 Try Free vs. Premium
In the app you'll see which content is free and which is marked Premium with a lock icon. Tap a locked item to see pricing. You can make a test purchase through TestFlight to preview Premium: no real charge happens, and it unlocks every exercise for your test.

✅ Tip: TestFlight Will Notify You
TestFlight will automatically notify you when new builds are available. You can also open TestFlight anytime and tap "Update."

TestFlight has built-in tools for sending feedback:
- Send feedback directly through TestFlight
- Attach screenshots to your feedback
- Rate the build
- Write detailed feedback
How to: share a screenshot
1. Take a screenshot of the app
2. Tap Share
3. Choose "Share BETA feedback"
4. Send your feedback
