Is the Free tier really free forever?
Yes. The Free tier is permanently free with no credit card, no time limit, and no hidden charges. The Panic Button, 2 breathing exercises, 2 calming exercises, 1 guided meditation, and calming pictures will always be free.
We do our best to keep the free tier as affordable as possible. At launch it is free, but this may change over time.
Do beta testers pay anything?
No. Beta testers receive free Premium access for the entire beta period, no payment required until the app launches on July 1, 2026.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time via your device's app store. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment is processed via Apple App Store or Google Play. All payment methods supported by your app store are accepted (credit card, PayPal, carrier billing, etc.).
Why are AI features only in Ultimate?
AI coaching uses large language models (LLMs) that incur real server costs for every message. These infrastructure costs are why AI features are reserved for their own tier. We pass this through transparently rather than baking it into everyone's price.
Is there a student or family discount?
Not at launch. Family Sharing through App Store and Google Play may be available, details TBD at launch.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their standard policies. If you're unsatisfied, contact us at info@angerapp.io and we'll do our best to help.
