1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AngerApp ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AngerApp is a self-help wellness application for anger management. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. User Responsibilities and Eligibility
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use AngerApp. If you are subject to GDPR (e.g., located in the European Union), you must be at least 16 years old, or have verifiable parental consent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed via Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices are listed in the respective stores. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel at any time via your device's app store settings; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their standard policies.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by AngerApp and are protected by German and international copyright law.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AngerApp does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AngerApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
9. Nutzer in Deutschland / German Users
Wenn Sie ein Verbraucher im Sinne des deutschen Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuches (BGB) sind, steht Ihnen ein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht zu.
Widerrufsrecht: Sie haben das Recht, binnen 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt 14 Tage ab dem Tag des Vertragsabschlusses.
Bitte beachten Sie: Gemäß § 356 Abs. 5 BGB und Art. 16(m) der EU-Richtlinie 2011/83/EU erlischt das Widerrufsrecht bei digitalen Inhalten vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist, wenn Sie ausdrücklich zugestimmt haben, dass die Lieferung des Inhalts sofort beginnt, und Kenntnis davon genommen haben, dass Sie Ihr Widerrufsrecht dadurch verlieren.

10. California / US Users
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
- Right to Know: You may request information about the personal data we collect, use, and disclose.
- Right to Delete: You may request deletion of personal data we have collected from you.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale: AngerApp does not sell your personal data to third parties.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.

For US users, any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court. This arbitration provision does not apply to users in jurisdictions where such clauses are prohibited by law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
